6. Payments

  • Payments must be made using the payment methods currently available at checkout.
  • Where UPI or bank transfer is offered as a manual payment option, orders will be processed after payment has been verified by JANTAR.
  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate payment details and retaining their transaction reference until the order is confirmed.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available unless explicitly offered at checkout.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently provide local delivery in selected areas of Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, based on serviceable PIN codes.
  • Home delivery is available only on orders above ₹149.
  • Orders of ₹149 or less are available for pickup only, subject to pickup point availability and confirmation.
  • Delivery charges and free delivery thresholds vary by zone and are displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to order volume, product availability, weather, traffic or other logistics-related circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

8. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

  • Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Cancellation after dispatch may not be possible.
  • Returns are subject to eligibility, inspection and approval by JANTAR.
  • For customer-initiated returns, including change of mind or orders placed by mistake, the actual applicable two-way logistics charges may be deducted from the approved refund, as described in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • If a product is damaged, leaking, defective or incorrectly supplied, customers should contact us promptly. Approved cases will be handled in accordance with our return policy.
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed after the applicable verification and inspection.

9. Offers and Promotions

  • Promotional offers, discounts, bundles and free products may be subject to specific terms, validity periods and stock availability.
